Description

Mercury MPM 2K 0.9PF Online UPS – UK Plug, 2KVA/1.8KW, 1/1 Phase

The Mercury MPM 2K is a resilient, true online UPS built for environments where uninterrupted, clean power is non-negotiable. Rated at 2 KVA / 1.8 KW with a power factor of 0.9PF, it delivers near-full capacity use thanks to its efficient conversion. Inside, it runs on a 72 VDC battery bank composed of six 7Ah/12V sealed lead-acid batteries, giving reliable battery backup when the mains falters.

Tailored for single-phase input and output (1/1), the MPM 2K is fitted with a UK plug and offers versatile output options: 3 universal sockets for a variety of plug types, plus a high-current IEC socket for heavier loads like high-power servers or key network devices. Communication is robust: RS-232 and USB ports enable real-time monitoring, alerts, and graceful shutdowns when needed.

Beyond backup, the UPS includes protective features such as surge suppression, automatic voltage regulation (AVR), and overload protection to safeguard both hardware and data. Its form factor balances compactness with durability, making it well suited for small to medium offices, labs, or any setup where power instability is frequent. The Mercury MPM 2K 0.9PF is thus a smart investment for ensuring power integrity, minimizing downtime, and protecting sensitive technology.
